Order Processing | Orderverwerking Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) on business days are prioritized for same-day processing.

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–12 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs | Verzendkosten Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders.

Tracking | Pakket volgen Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can use this to follow your package in real time via the carrier's website (DPD or equivalent).

Delays & Issues | Vertragingen RG Glamor Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at rgshop41@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages | Verloren of beschadigde pakketten If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
